DraftKings live chat and a virtual assistant have recently been added as customer service options available through DraftKings.
These options work great but when you need a quick answer, email just may not cut it. Fortunately, DraftKings unveiled a live chat feature during 2017.
DraftKings live help comes in two different forms – a virtual assistant and a standard live chat. Each can serve a purpose for players.
DraftKings Virtual Support
If you have a basic question not only can you refer to the DraftKings FAQ page, but you will also have the opportunity to “chat” with the DraftKings virtual support. If you have a general question DraftKings virtual support may be helpful to you. Sample questions that virtual support may be able to answer include how to fund your account, how to create a creation, scoring/rules and other general questions.
DraftKings virtual support recommends inputting a username to start the chat so customer support will not need to ask you again should you need your question answered by regular support.
You may have complicated questions or questions that are nuanced, but its definitely worth a try if you have a quick question.
DraftKings Live Chat
If you have more complicated or account specific questions, DraftKings live chat with support staff is probably your best bet.
When contacting DraftKings live support you will be able to ask questions on a variety of topics. Live support will be able to pull up your DraftKings account and give you the most specific and the most accurate answers to your questions.

You can access DraftKings Live Chat by going to “Contact us” your account page or in the DraftKings footer. You will be able to reach DraftKings support virtual help, live chat, FAQ or email support from this page.
DraftKings live support hours are available from 6 AM to 11:59 PM ET Monday through Sunday. If reaching DraftKings after this time, you will have to wait until the next day or use one of the automatic options.
