On Wednesday, the highly anticipated Phil Hellmuth vs Daniel Negreanu heads-up High Stakes Duel gets underway. The viewing options for the match won’t be as plentiful as during the heads-up match between Daniel Negreanu and Doug Polk — which included a handful of streaming options — but fortunately, poker fans will be able to catch the action live.
You will be able to catch the action on PokerGo beginning at 8 PM ET on March 31st. PokerGo is a premium poker subscription service, which costs $14.99 per month, $29.99 for three months or $99.99 per year. In addition to broadcasting special events such as the World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour events, they also play host to original programming such as Poker After Dark, High Stakes Poker, poker documentaries and more.
The first 30 minutes are free on YouTube
While some poker fans may balk at the cost, PokerGo is giving you the option of watching a portion of the match at no cost. Starting at 7:30 PM ET, you will be able to watch the “Weigh-In” for Round 1 with host Nick Schulman with interviews with Negreanu and Hellmuth about their $100,000 heads-up match.
After the weigh-in, PokerGo will allow you to watch the first 30 minutes of Round 1 through YouTube. If you like what you see and want to keep watching, you can sign-up to PokerGo and get your subscription to watch on PokerGo.com. You can watch coverage below starting on 7:30 PM ET on Wednesday:
Joey Ingram will host Hellmuth vs Negreanu watch party
What’s a popular heads-up match without input from Joey Ingram? Ingram will be getting the band back together on Wednesday when he joined by Landon Tice for a Negreanu vs Hellmuth “watch party.” Poker fans will still have to watch the match on PokerGo, but watching with Ingram and Tice will arguably be more entertaining, and perhaps more importantly, have extra memes. For what it’s worth, Ingram has Hellmuth to win the match.
Ingram is even promising that his viewers that the stream will be debuting more new graphics for the stream.

Perhaps best of all, there is a good chance that this won’t be the last time that Negreanu and Hellmuth face off. The High Stakes Duel format allows for a series of rematches depending on how the event shakes out.
