The future of private heads-up poker challenges was discussed at length in a recent episode of the Poker Life Podcast hosted by Joey Ingram.
On the heels of a whirlwind High Stakes Feud in which Doug Polk bested Daniel Negreanu for $1.2 million, Run It Once Poker CEO Phil Galfond shared his reflections and insights on organizing and promoting heads-up matches in the future.
NOTE: As of February 2021, Phil Galfond is seeking to extend his own undefeated streak in high stakes heads-up Pot Limit Omaha matches beyond its current mark of 3-0.
