Hit And Run: PokerStars Reveals $50 Million Stadium Series Starting July 5th; Run It Once Poker Has Its Highest Traffic Day Ever

PokerStars Stadium Series will gets underway July 5th

There may be a lack of a World Series of Poker right now, but PokerStars is among the online poker rooms attempting to fill the void. On Monday, PokerStars announced that the online poker room would be offering the Stadium Series, which will run from four weeks from July 5th to August 2nd.

The series will include 102 events across Low, Medium and High buy-in levels. In addition to $50 million in prizes, PokerStars will also be giving away more than $2 million in free Stadium Series entries. GG Poker and partypoker will also be offering their own online tournament festivals during the time.

Run It Once Poker has earned its highest traffic day ever, dealing more hands in a single day in its history. The Phil Galfond-run online poker room is currently in the midst of a promotion called leadRboards, which rewards prizes according to the top players at various stake levels.
