Poker Masters Online PLO Series Begins June 21st

The 2020 Poker Masters Online PLO Series is set to begin on Sunday, June 21st. The showcase online events will take place on partypoker and will be live-streamed for free on PokerGO.

Pot Limit Omaha poker fans will have an opportunity to watch some of the best “4 card poker” players in the world compete on partypoker starting this Sunday, as the 2020 Poker Masters Online PLO Series opens with $10 million total guaranteed across 15 events.

On Thursday, partypoker partner Rob Yong announced that viewers can catch all the action for free via PokerGO, with commentators Brent Hanks, Jeff Platt, and Poker Life Podcast creator Joey Ingram scheduled to appear on a number of the PLO online tournament live streams.

Thousands of viewers are expected to tune-in (for free) to PokerGO starting Sunday.

Poker players and fans who would like to subscribe to PokerGO’s premium service — which includes over 100 days of archived tournament broadcasts, poker-themed shows that feature the poker world’s most prolific personalities — may do so for $10 per month or $99 per year.

Live Poker Games Still Impacted by Pandemic

The ongoing uncertainty surrounding live casino games has endured for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving poker players around the globe to their own devices if they wish to forego health concerns and participate in private “home games” in the meantime.

Until land-based casino operations and customer attitudes stabilize, “online” has become the sole option for many poker players who are attracted by large player pools to compete against within a peer-to-peer, real money gambling environment.
