POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (What You Will Do)

• Full-time work schedule comprised of (mostly) daytime hours — 2 days off per week
• Become a primary point of contact for sportsbook product
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Effectively communicate with customers while promoting the DraftKings brand
• Advocate for players to collaborate with the brand to help achieve business growth

POSITION PREREQUISITES (What You Will Need)

• Predisposition to comply with multiple gaming commission licensing processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, sports management, or related field
• Prior experience with call center/customer service experience
• Familiarity with ticketing processing systems (aka Zendesk) along with Microsoft Office
• Polite, attentive, friendly, and collaborative attitude toward customers/team members/job tasks
