Daniel Negreanu and Doug Polk agree to face off in a high stakes heads-up No Limit Hold’em match.
High profile poker players Daniel Negreanu and Doug Polk confirmed Wednesday that they will compete in a high stakes heads-up No Limit Hold’em match.
1) I know you are anti giving to charity to help others, that’s fine.
2) How much do you want to play for?
3) What stakes?
4) When? After WSOP mid September to early October?
You worked hard for this opportunity. I’ll give the people what they want.

The tentative agreement comes on the heels of years of public discourse between the two poker players/celebrities, and appears to be in direct response to a request by Poker Life Podcast host Joey Ingram that Daniel and Doug settle their differences on the virtual felts.
Can Doug and Daniel settle this by playing poker against each other HU at some point please???

Although this specific challenge will take place online due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding government-sanctioned restrictions on land-based commercial activities, the players have captured nine WSOP bracelets along with $50 million in combined live tournament cash prize winnings — according to The Hendon Mob.
Daniel Negreanu vs. Doug Polk Odds? (Commentary)
Despite an anticipated demand for both real money and “for entertainment purposes only” speculation revolving around which player will claim victory, fans may desire to wait until the match details are finalized by both participants before drawing a conclusion either way.
Are poker fans about to witness a new, inspirational chapter in a bitter, years-long battle of attrition? An epic contest that brings some form of resolution between two personalities who have exposed their respective audiences to numerous direct insults against each other?
Or will this challenge solely result in a further disintegration of what some may argue has become one of the most tedious poker personality disputes of all time?
It’s so unfathomably tedious
